The inputs that define a quote
Start with the address and approximate property size. Then identify the services you need and where the finished media will be used. A still photography appointment and a production involving video, aerial views and twilight have different scheduling and editing requirements.
- Property size and accessible areas to be captured
- Photography, video, drone, 3D and twilight selections
- Requested image counts, video lengths and delivery formats
- Travel, access constraints and additional capture sessions
- Tour hosting, licensing, revision and delivery terms
Compare the deliverables, not only the total
Ask whether each quote covers the same rooms, exterior areas and final outputs. A lower total may represent a smaller scope. Check whether items such as floor plans, virtual twilight or additional video formats are included, optional or unavailable.
Recurring tour hosting and one-time capture are different cost categories. Ask about hosting duration and renewal before selecting an interactive tour. Also confirm any rescheduling terms before reserving an appointment.
Request a property-specific price
